  Place was crowed but waitress was real nice and attentive making sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care of during breakfast. Place was clean. Water was filtered and clean tasting not having that signature Hanford well water taste. Foods was well flavored and tasted good. Large plates. Will come back.

  This was such a horrible experience. My first time there I decided to go on Labor Day and the place a NOT full. Our waitress was so rude she was a middle aged lady with long dark brown hair in a braid. She didn't greet us just came up to us and asked what we wanted. She left and proceeded to check on all her tables EXCEPT OURS. We had an empty coffee cup and another waitress filled it. Her customers had also been waiting but she gave them a complimentary biscuit because it had been well over 24 mins... our waitress still Had not checked on us at all... 35 mins later our food still isn't ready. When we asked her if she knew how long it would be she snapped at us that she would check and just left. She did it with such an attitude it was so RUDE. We were very frustrated and didn't want to make a scene the manager was no where to be found so we left.

  Found toothpick  inside my chile verde omelette, i pulled it out of my month shock, called waitress over to let her know.
  Coffee was lukewarm ask for replacement.
  Biscuits and gravy was lukewarm.
  My mother ordered bacon and it was not freshly done it was cold not fresh very unpleasant experience.
  As we were walking out noticed a biscuit bin on top of the counter very unappetizing to the eye also notice light covers not replaced and a few lights that were out and notice insects or bugs  in old light covers again very unappetizing  to the eye not clean and sterile I believe it's an OSHA violation to have open light covers just want to let you people know totally was an off-day at Country waffle don't know if I will turn again the ones in Fresno are outstanding just a total off day in Hanford.

  I've been in country waffles before but the one here at Hanford is the best one out there. ALL the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome, you can see that they love what they do, it was 11:40am and I got my order served in 12 mins! food was delicious and the price was just right. Will keep coming to this stablishment in the near future.

  Very comfortable , clean and friendly .
  Some of the best coffee I have had in a while.  I  tend to order from the seniors menu because the portions allow me to leave without feeling bloated.
